We want to thank everyone who donated to our Christmas lights display, helping us raise £150.00 for St Helena Hospice. We enjoyed a hands-on and rewarding activity making homemade fat balls for the wildlife area. Lard was carefully melted a variety of seeds were mixed in, including sunflower seeds, mealworms, and peanuts. The mixture was then spooned into plastic cups with strings attached, ready for hanging. Once cooled and set, the fat balls were placed outside, where they will help support local birds and wildlife.
