Get Ready For Spring

A big thank you to everyone from the community who attended our ‘Get Ready For Spring’ event. A special thank you goes to Shelly from Age Well East for her support and promotion of the occasion. It was a delightful afternoon filled with spring-themed quizzes, conversations, and crafts as we welcomed the new season. As always, a huge thanks to Chris and Sue for their wonderful hosting. The event concluded with a lovely tea and plenty of engaging discussions. We look forward to our next community event at Easter. Hope to see everyone there. Happy Spring to everyone

Home-Made Ice Cream Sundaes

We had a wonderful time making homemade ice cream sundaes to celebrate the upcoming spring and summer seasons. They mixed and layered delicious flavours—vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate—adding fruit, whipped cream, and colourful sprinkles on top. The activity sparked plenty of imagination and creativity, with each sundae looking unique and tempting. Of course, the tasting was the highlight of the day! Everyone is now eagerly looking forward to the warmer days ahead.

Pizza Making and Tasting

There’s nothing quite like the taste of home-cooked foods, and making these delicious pizzas was no exception. For some, it was their first experience with pizza, and they absolutely loved it. With a wide array of toppings available, everyone’s creativity flourished. The clear favourite was pepperoni, closely followed by the classic combination of ham and pineapple.
